You pick it like a mantel piece. If the cover is a random frame from getting-ready, you already told her this is a dump.

It has to survive a thumb.
Nobody sits at a 27-inch for this. If the grid only looks good in Lightroom, it is not delivered.
Hearts
She taps. You get a list.
Proofing used to be screenshots in a family chat. Now the selects live on the pictures. You open the list. You do not rebuild it from a text asking for the ones with the kids.
Files
Take the file from the frame.
Downloads are a switch you flip when the job is ready. She is not hunting a zip. You are not making a second export because she could not find the good ones.

- A code if it is family.Four digits when the job is not for the internet. Most aunts can type that. Public is the default because that is what actually gets opened.
- Downloads on your terms.Off until you mean it. On when they can take originals. You are not the helpdesk for which folder is the full res.
- A selfie, if you want it.Face matching can find them in the set. Optional. People still open the grid and heart frames. Do not buy this for the selfie trick.
- The album can leave your meter.When the job is finished, the pictures can stay with them. You do not have to keep a 2019 wedding sitting on your storage forever.

Can I keep it off the open web?
Yes. An access code. Use it for family jobs. Skip it when the couple wants the guest list to look without texting you for a password they will forget.
When can they take the files?
When you turn downloads on. Preview-only until then. Full-res from the picture they are looking at, not from a second zip you email later.
Will a selfie find every photo they are in?
Face matching is there. It is extra. The gallery still works if nobody ever snaps a selfie. Do not switch for that.
Can I import my Pixieset galleries?
Not with a magic button. New jobs start here. Tell clients the truth about what is moving. We have not shipped a one-click importer.
