How do I migrate from Pixieset / Pic-Time?
Email us with a link to your current gallery and we'll help move your most recent shoots over. White-glove service is free for Pro Studio plans.
Can I get a refund on an Event Box?
Yes — full refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't uploaded photos yet. After uploads start, we refund minus any storage actually consumed.
How does the host claim work?
After purchasing an Event Box, you'll see a one-link share. The host clicks it and signs in (or signs up) to take ownership of the album. The Event Box expires after 60 days; the host can convert it to a Storage Box subscription for forever access.
Does AI face matching require a guest app?
No. Guests open one link, take a selfie in the browser, and their photos appear in 30 seconds. No app install, no signup required.
Is there a Pixbox alternative for the invitation side?
Yes — we make GuestCard. One account works across both. Send invites + collect RSVPs there, deliver photos here.
