Studio Manager

Your studio,
in one workspace.

Clients, leads, invoices, contracts, calendar — and your photos. Pixieset charges $30/mo for Studio Manager and keeps it siloed from your galleries. Pixbox includes it.

How it works

From inquiry to anniversary print order, one record.

01

Clients + leads

Capture leads from your website forms, booking links, or manual entry. Every lead has a full timeline — emails, contracts, payments, photos delivered.

02

Events + calendar

Every shoot is an event with a date, location, schedule, clients, team members, and photo gallery. Calendar view + agenda view, two-way Google/Apple sync.

03

Invoices + contracts

Stripe-backed invoicing, e-signature contracts, deposit collection, payment plans. All linked to the event and client — no double-entry.

Use cases

Built for every kind of studio

💍

Wedding studios

Leads → consults → bookings → shooting → delivery → sales. One pipeline, one client record, one event from inquiry to anniversary print order.

👨‍👩‍👧

Family + portrait studios

Mini-session campaigns, returning client tracking, package upsells, gift cards. CRM that knows the difference between a one-off and a recurring family.

🏢

Commercial + agency work

Multi-stakeholder events, retainer billing, deliverable approvals, model releases per shoot. Built for commercial workflows.

👥

Multi-shooter teams

Role-based access for second shooters, editors, and assistants. Each one sees only what they need. Owner sees the full studio.

One workspace, not seven

The average wedding studio runs Pixieset + HoneyBook + Google Calendar + DocuSign + QuickBooks + Stripe + Squarespace. That's $200+/mo and seven sources of truth for the same client.

Pixbox unifies all of it. One client record carries leads, contracts, calendar, invoices, photos, prints, and storefront sales. Drop the SaaS stack — keep the workflow.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from Pixieset Studio Manager or HoneyBook?

It's the same workspace as your gallery delivery, face sort, print store, and website. Pixieset Studio Manager is a separate tool that bolts onto Pixieset Gallery; HoneyBook is its own silo. Pixbox is one studio dashboard — clients, events, photos, payments, contracts all linked end-to-end.

Does Pixbox support multi-photographer teams?

Yes. Invite team members, set role-based permissions (owner / admin / shooter / editor / viewer), and scope access to specific events. Activity is logged per user. Designed for solo photographers and 20-person studios alike.

What about invoicing?

Invoicing runs on your own Stripe account — Pixbox doesn't sit between you and the money. Itemized invoices, recurring retainers, partial payments, and payment plans all supported. Tax handled by Stripe Tax if enabled.

One studio. One workspace. No SaaS sprawl.

Studio Manager (clients, invoices, contracts, calendar) is part of Pixbox Pro ($19/mo). Multi-photographer teams unlock on Studio ($49/mo).
