Frequently asked questions
How do deposits and payments work?
Deposits run through your own Stripe account — flat amount or percentage of the package price. You set the refund window and rules. Pixbox doesn't take a cut on session payments.
Does Booking sync with my calendar?
Yes. Two-way sync with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. Availability is pulled from your existing calendar, and confirmed bookings push back as events with client details.
What happens after a client books?
Pixbox auto-creates an event in your studio dashboard, attaches the client to it, sends a confirmation email, and triggers any forms or questionnaires you've configured. Zero manual admin.
